By bringing his proven strategies and deep understanding of global markets to Boxweb, Carlos ensures that the organization not only supports but also elevates small companies worldwide, significantly impacting the global economic landscape.


Strategic Planning Director

Vivian is an Internationalist with an MBA and has over 15 years of experience implementing projects focused on economic growth, climate change, and sustainability, impacting the lives of more than 20,000 people. She has worked with producers, entrepreneurs, and small—to medium-sized businesses, helping them generate over US$100 million in sales and mobilizing more than US$12 million in financing for their business growth.

Vivian has experience managing public-private institutional partnerships and formulating public policy. She has represented Guatemala at events and forums of entities such as the United Nations, World Bank, USAID, and other international organizations across more than 15 countries in America, Europe, and Africa. Vivian is passionate about providing innovative solutions that increase income and improve the quality of life, contributing to prosperity and sustainable development.


Marketing and Public Relations Director

Marco Cruz is the Marketing and PR Director for our company. He is a seasoned professional with several years of experience in managing successful marketing campaigns and PR strategies. He is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans that align with the company’s goals, vision, and values. Marco works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand message across all channels, including social media, email marketing, and advertising. He is also responsible for managing relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders to ensure maximum exposure for the company. Overall, Marco Cruz is a valuable asset to our team, bringing his expertise and creativity to help drive the company’s growth and success.

With an MBA and a specialization in Strategic Leadership, Juan Manuel Alejos brings over 25 years of experience in the corporate world and talent development to his roles. His career has been marked by significant contributions to various companies, from their inception in Guatemala to their regional expansion across Central America.

Juan Manuel has led high-performance teams and facilitated corporate partnerships that strengthen initiatives ranging from events to corporate development, with networking playing a crucial role in these achievements. He has been actively involved in the board of nonprofit organizations like AGG and Asociación Proyecto Amor, where his focus on strategic alliances has been vital. Notably, he led the 2nd Latin American Congress on Organizational Happiness (CLAFO) in 2016 in Guatemala, which pioneered dynamics that are now essential in promoting corporate well-being and increasing workplace happiness.

As a representative of the Great Place to Work model in his country, Juan Manuel is a firm believer that true leadership is not just about leading but about empowering others.
